As awesome and amazing as Morocco was, it feels so good to be back in Spain. The vibe of this pretty little seaside town of Tarifa is as relaxed and chilled as Marrakech was crazy. No snake charmers here or monkeys in chains. You can browse through shops and be greeted only by ‘hola!’ or ‘buenos Dias!’ and not ‘you like? I give you good price!’. People here help you without expecting a tip in return. And the wine is sensational. Went for a stroll around Tarifa yesterday. There are odd art installations. This one is a little disturbing. Couldn’t figure if it was supposed to be Christ or John the Baptist. Either way what’s with the pubic hair??? Too much information thanks!

Street art was interesting

And a small shrine

Sitting down for an afternoon vino y queso we met Miguel the sommelier who explained the different wine regions and grapes.

Then explored the old town and saw this deliciousness…

An afternoon stroll along the beach to finish off the day. Off to Seville next! Hasta luego!
